Yesterday was the first day I could book advanced dining reservations for our Disney trip and because we are going at such a busy time, I wanted to jump on it! We'll arrive on a Saturday afternoon and will just do a quick service in the Magic Kingdom.
Sunday: Animal Kingdom - Yak & Yeti
Monday: Epcot - Les Chefs de France (Remy from Ratatouille comes around on the cheese cart!)
Tuesday: Hollywood Studies - Hollywood & Vine (part of Fantasmic package)
Wednesday: Chef Mickey's (Character meal)
Thursday: Girls - Akershus (Princess lunch) Boys - TBA (somewhere in Epcot)
Friday: Crystal Palace (It's technically a character meal, but with it being Winnie the Pooh, it's not our focus, it's a buffet and our last day.)
There are a bunch of other places that I wanted to visit as well but there are only so many days.

I have having disney dining overload - too many place not enough time!
We too are doing Chef Mickey', Akershaus, and Hollywood & Vine but we are looking at Coral Reef, Pizza Planet, Rainforest Cafe and the Tomorrowland Terrace dessert too........ and maybe even the TREX place in Downtown Disney.
I have Y&Y too, but I am going to have to cancel it, I think. :( We did H&V last time for lunch. Chef Mickey's always fun...are you going for B, L, or D? Akershus is nice too. We are also trying Crystal Palace this time! I am probably going to shift around a couple meals between now and then.
